BOT Video Training Exercise 1:
Use the coping methods for the following video scenes.
Situation: Four students apply for a job and are preparing for the job interview.
Observe the behaviour of the 4 job applicants in the following video scenes. Take notes. What are the non-verbal cues of “nervousness” in this group as they wait? Make a list of possible signs of “nervousness”. Note that you cannot observe a personality trait like “nervousness”. That would be an interpretation or judgment.
All that you can observe in the next video is nonverbal behaviour that could indicate “nervousness”. A reliable observer should always be able to differentiate between observation and judgment.

BOT Video Training Exercise 2:
What are the non-verbal signs in this group of not being focused on work? Make a list of possible signs. Again, you should differentiate between interpretation/ judgment and behaviour. Only the non-verbal behaviour you observe in the next video could be signs of not being focused on work.
